Join us one Sunday each month at the corner of 11th Ave NE & 175th St in Shoreline for a morning full of sabor and corazón! Inspired by the bustling markets of our hometown Callao, we’re bringing a little piece of Peru to you—right here in the PNW.
Wake up to the must-have Pan con Chicharrón, just like Sundays in El Mercado del Callao, where vendors sell out before noon. Choose from our favorites:
Pan con Chicharrón – crispy pork belly with camote frito & salsa criolla
Pan con Palta – creamy avocado on our house-baked roll
Pan con Chorizo – smoky Peruvian sausage with fresh toppings
