Bringing the soulful flavors of Peru to Everett and beyond, one bite at a time...

At La Peruanita LLC, we’re more than just food—we’re a celebration of Peruvian culture, family, and connection. Whether you’re savoring our dishes at a farmers’ market or enjoying our catering, every bite tells a story of resilience, love, and community.

Meet Susana Ipanaque

Susana Ipanaque, the heart behind La Peruanita LLC, has called the north of Seattle home for 25 years. Born in Peru and raised in the U.S., she brings the best of both worlds to her cooking. Known affectionately as La Peruanita, a nickname from her days dancing cumbia, Susana is passionate about creating a space where everyone—Peruvians, Americans, and everyone in between—feels welcome. Her philosophy? “Come as you are.”

Inspired by her grandmother, a fearless street vendor who supported her family through sheer determination, Susana set out to share Peru’s rich culinary traditions with her community. What began as a single mom’s dream as a food truck has flourished into a committed business that blends authentic Peruvian flavors with locally sourced Washington ingredients.

Our Offerings

In the spirit of Peru’s vibrant street food culture, we proudly serve beloved dishes like: Anticuchos (grilled beef heart skewers), Rachi (seasoned tripe), Aji de Gallina (creamy chicken stew), Patasca and Sopa Menestrone (hearty soups) and the star of our menu: Picarones, crispy beignets made with squash and sweet potatoes, drizzled with our special syrup.

We also offer prepackaged products to bring Peruvian flavors to your kitchen, including marinades, freeze-dried potatoes, and meal kits featuring Peruvian seasonings and fresh Washington produce.

From swap meets to farmers’ markets, you can find us across Everett, King, Snohomish, and Skagit Counties, proudly serving the community. We also offer catering services for private events, corporate gatherings, and more. Everything is made fresh, delicious, and easy to take on the go.
