From a Food Truck Dream to La Peruanita Café

What started as a dream of owning a Peruvian food truck has grown into something we never imagined—La Peruanita Café now has a home in Everett!

Our journey began small, serving our food at swap meets, festivals, farmers markets and pop-ups throughout our community. Every plate of anticuchos, every batch of picarones, and every person who came back to find us helped La Peruanita grow.

The food truck was the dream that kept us moving forward, but along the way, an opportunity came to plant roots instead.

A neighborhood café where our Peruvian roots meet the everyday rhythm of the Pacific Northwest. Stop by for fresh juices and smoothies inspired by Peru's traditional juguerías, Café de Olla, fresh bites, Peruvian favorites, grab-and-go treats and a little taste of the soulful flavors that started it all.

And don't worry—we're not leaving the streets behind. You'll still find La Peruanita at farmers markets, pop-ups, community events and catering throughout the region.
